Additional Information for Tour Guests
Transportation: I use a commercial black GMC Yukon XL for 1 to 7 guests. The car is spacious, with leather seats, and new carpeting. The vehicle is fully licensed and insured, with all permits for cruise ports and airports in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. For more than 4 guests, please contact me for a quote, which will be based on the type of vehicle to be used (i.e. SUV, minivan, full-size van, minibus, or full-size motorcoach)
Availability: All tours are based on availability, so please contact us to book your tour as soon as possible. The only way to reserve a date and time is by booking the tour. All tours must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Service Area: Our service is based on Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach County pick-up and drop-off locations.
Dress: Wear comfortable casual clothing, and comfortable shoes. Shirt and shoes are required in vehicles.
What to bring: Bring a camera, a photo ID, any medications you need, and an emergency phone contact.
Optional Items to bring: Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, cell phone, spare camera battery, umbrella, cell phone.
Activity Level: Light. Guests must be able to get in and out of a 4-door sedan.
Restroom Stops: There are restroom stops planned in your trip. However, your guide can stop almost at any point in the tour, as you request.
Itinerary: There is a planned itinerary, which is flexible. Changes can be made to suit your interest levels. However, if you shorten the tour, there is no refund for traveling less time and distance than planned. If you prefer a longer tour, please contact us before booking.
Photography: Bring along any supplemental photo equipment you like, such as lenses, tripods, filters, etc. Your guide will pause at your request for photo opportunities along the way. Also, your guide can assist you in finding photo opportunities, based on the kinds of photos you want to capture. (For example, scenery, birds, wildlife, architecture, yachts, vintage cars, etc.)
Mosquitoes: Mosquitoes are normally out around sunrise and sunset, so they are not normally a problem. Your guide will provide a Mosquito repellent containing Deet, if mosquitoes are encountered.
Weather: Our rainy season is June through October. You should, however, always be prepared with an umbrella, plastic rain poncho, or light jacket. Airboats do not cancel for rain, but may cancel for lightning or high winds.
Tips and Taxes: Your trip includes standard tips and all taxes, except for personal items you buy, such as photos and souvenirs. You are welcome to tip your guide, or anyone who provides exceptional service, or to donate to wildlife funds or other causes as you wish.
