Transportation by Luxury SUV: A black GMC Yukon XL with seating for 1 to 7 guests. The car is spacious, with leather seats. The vehicle is fully licensed and insured, with all permits for cruise ports and airports in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.

Group Size: Tours are priced for 1 to 4 guests. The SUV can seat up to 7 guests, but this limits cargo space when at full capacity. Please contact us with your seating and luggage requirements.
Availability: All tours are based on availability, so please contact us to book your tour as soon as possible. All tours must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Start Times: Start times shown are typical, but may be changed by agreement. Please let us know what time you would prefer to start your tour, if the suggested time is not ideal for you.
Service Area: Our service is based on Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach County pick-up and drop-off locations. Tours may extend to Key West, Orlando, or other destinations as arranged.
Dress: Wear comfortable casual clothing, and comfortable shoes. Shirt and shoes are required in vehicles.
What to bring: Bring a cell phone, a photo ID, and any medications you need.
Optional Items to bring: Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, charging cable and/or spare camera battery, umbrella, and/or insect repellant, if desired.
Activity Level: Light. Guests must be able to get in and out of a 4-door SUV.
Restroom Stops: There are restroom stops planned in your trip. However, stops may be made at almost any point in the tour, as you request.
Itinerary: There is a planned itinerary, which is flexible. Changes can be made to suit your interest levels. However, if you shorten the tour, there is no refund for traveling less time and distance than planned. If you prefer a longer tour, please contact us before booking. Some tours may be extended, even during the tour, if there are no conflicts in guide availability.
Photography: Bring along any supplemental photo equipment you like, such as lenses, tripods, filters, etc. Your guide will pause at your request for photo opportunities along the way. Also, your guide can assist you in finding photo opportunities, based on the kinds of photos you want to capture. (For example, scenery, birds, wildlife, architecture, yachts, vintage cars, etc.)
Drones: Drones may be brought along for aerial photography opportunities. The drone operator must be licensed for drone operation, and may not violate local drone restrictions.
Mosquitoes: Mosquitoes are normally out around sunrise and sunset, so they are not normally a problem. You should bring a mosquito repellent containing DEET, in case mosquitoes are encountered. You may want to bring long-sleeved shirts or jackets if you plan to be outside at dawn or dusk.
Weather: Our rainy season is June through October. Airboats do not cancel for rain, but may cancel for lightning or high winds.
Accessibility:
ADA (disabled per the Americans with Disabilities Act): Disabled guests are welcome. All guests must be able to get into and out of an SUV and/or any other vehicles or transportation modes used during the tour. If you need assistance, please bring an assistant with you. If you have a walker, wheelchair or scooter, please indicate this when you book the tour, so we can estimate the luggage space. You must notify us in advance if the item does not collapse, or can be taken apart easily.

Cancellation Policy:
Your cancellation must be made in writing, by email to: info@privatetoursflorida.com
We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of the purchase of your tour such as documentation issues, non-refundable flights, hotels, meals, ground transportation, attraction tickets, or loss of enjoyment, missed employment or family time, etc.
Force Majeure: 100% Refund
Force Majeure includes impersonal events such as war, civil insurrection, strikes, extreme weather (hurricane or tropical storm), earthquake or natural disaster that makes it dangerous or impossible to safely undertake the tour. The determination of what constitutes 'Force Majeure' is at our discretion. However, a travel warning issued by the US Department of State AFTER you book your tour invokes 'force majeure' or if you are on a ship and it is unable to dock for whatever reason, you are covered under this 'Force Majeure' provision.
Cancellation Penalties are as Follows:
More than 60 days before your tour date: 100% Refund
59 to 15 days before your tour date: 75% Refund
14 to 7 days before your tour date: 50% Refund
Less than 7 days before your tour date: 0% Refund
If WE have to cancel for Issues that are not YOUR fault:
You can request a full refund, or
You can reschedule your tour, or
You can accept an equal-value credit for the same tour on a different date (subject to availability), or
You can accept an equal-value credit for a different tour on a different date (subject to availability)
